Base Salary
$116k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations from sprint planning through deployment.
- Develop and maintain secure, reliable integrations between Salesforce, the partner portal, partner management systems, and payment systems.
- Maintain platform health, data reliability, access controls, permissions governance, and code quality across the GTM stack.
- Triage and resolve high-impact platform and data issues while communicating progress to product and business partners.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Architect during story refinement and sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and professional git-based development practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on capability building Salesforce solutions and integrations is required by the responsibilities of the role.
- Ability to apply engineering best practices, maintain high code quality, and participate in GitHub-based pull request reviews.
- Ability to troubleshoot high-impact platform and data issues and communicate status clearly to product and business stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with product owners and architects to size work and identify technical constraints.
- Ability to mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and engineering standards.
- Responsible and effective use of AI tools in engineering workflows is expected.
