Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain high-throughput GraphRAG ingestion pipelines that convert relational, unstructured ESG, and streaming data into labeled property graphs and RDF triple stores.
  • Build NER, entity-linking, deduplication, and canonical entity-resolution workflows for vendors, products, facilities, and other enterprise entities.
  • Federate internal supply-chain data with external ontologies and registries through ETL/ELT pipelines and semantic mappings.
  • Develop low-latency GraphRAG retrieval, optimized Cypher and SPARQL queries, NL2Query tools, hybrid vector-graph indexes, and MCP endpoints for LLM agents.
  • Operationalize SHACL validation and automated data-quality tests within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize graph traversal, partitioning, and indexing for sub-second queries across billions of nodes and edges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 4 years of production experience building and querying graph databases, including labeled property graphs or RDF triple stores.
  • Strong cloud-technology experience, preferably with Azure and its ecosystem.
  • Advanced Python proficiency for scalable production data pipelines, including experience with RDFLib, NetworkX, or PyGraphistry.
  • Experience building entity-extraction pipelines with LangChain, LlamaIndex, spaCy, or LLM-based structured extraction.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt and integrating graph databases with Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector for hybrid search.
  • Strong knowledge of RDF, RDFS, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, RDF-star, SPARQL, graph schema design, RML, and R2RML.
  • Supply-chain, carbon-accounting, GHG Protocol, or lifecycle-assessment data experience is preferred.
  • Experience building MCP servers for LLM agents and enterprise OBDA approaches at scale is preferred.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work in Barcelona with two office days per week or fully remote work from Spain.
  • Office and IT equipment support, flexible working hours, hybrid electricity and internet allowance, and a remote-work-from-abroad policy.
