Responsibilities
- Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
- Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants.
- Validate AI outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
- Assist with lightweight AI workflow prototyping and escalate basic technical constraints.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, structured guides, technical examples, and demos.
- Support office hours, working sessions, AI coaching, and responses to inbound questions.
- Track recurring questions and usage patterns and share observations with AI Product Strategy leads.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
- Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation.
- Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- AI tool fluency and prompt experimentation skills.
- Comfort operating within defined processes, with curiosity, attention to detail, reliability, clear written communication, and a strong learning orientation.
