Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, maintain, and support the global ServiceNow platform.
- Translate business and technical requirements into design elements and platform solutions.
- Design and develop use cases in cooperation with business stakeholders.
- Align development with the ServiceNow architect, platform roadmap, governance, and related processes.
- Serve as a technical support contact for ServiceNow-related questions.
- Provide training on new ServiceNow features and increase platform awareness.
- Collaborate with application developers to support streamlined data management and integration behavior.
Requirements
- Experience or capability working with the ServiceNow technology stack, including ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and SPM.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into designs and customized ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to work with architects, business stakeholders, platform governance processes, and application developers.
