Base Salary
$158k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop orchestration systems that coordinate specialized AI sub-agents across complex advertising workflows.
- Build identity, authorization, and permission frameworks for scoped access by diverse callers.
- Implement feedback signal pipelines and integrate expert feedback into model improvement systems.
- Design and operate evaluation systems that measure recommendation quality, detect regressions, and enforce quality gates.
- Partner with Applied Scientists, product teams, and platform engineers on learning systems, integration contracts, and consumer onboarding.
- Own reliability, observability, latency, and performance for always-on infrastructure serving thousands of concurrent advertiser accounts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience and programming experience in at least one software language.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience covering coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
