Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, system design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation activities.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through analysis of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Develop and apply coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards aligned with the architecture blueprint.
- Analyze issues, define innovative solutions, and build knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure support business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, and coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while adhering to applicable laws, policies, and control requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Advanced Java application programming expertise, including core Java, object-oriented principles, design patterns, J2EE, concurrency, and caching.
- Experience with JSON, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Spring Framework, Spring Integration, JPA, Hibernate, and Java Spark.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Frontend experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React, Angular CLI, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, DOM manipulation, routing, forms, modules, standalone components, and data binding.
- Experience with Linux/Unix commands, shell scripts, code management, deployment tools, and bug tracking tools.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.
