Senior Consultant - Commercial Architecture (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in business process discussions, application design, and creation of technical and end-user requirements for Veeva Commercial products.
- Advise senior management and executive stakeholders as a subject matter expert and explain complex technical architectures to nontechnical audiences.
- Translate high-level concepts and customer requirements into technical language for implementation.
- Configure Veeva applications using best practices and ensure effective integration with customers’ wider commercial architectures.
- Create assessments, application health checks, and commercial architectures supporting solution design.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and Veeva colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and improve customer success.
- Provide direction to junior resources and support recruitment efforts.
- Extend subject-matter expertise in the life sciences industry and Veeva solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of consulting, architecture, or data experience in life sciences, including projects with multiple life sciences organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Veeva CRM is mandatory, with desirable experience in other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications.
- Strong presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to work in a client-facing role.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Knowledge or practical experience with business process development, SOPs, governance processes, and program management is preferred.
- Additional technical experience with data warehousing, web services, ETL, SQL, Force.com, integrations, batch CSV integrations, and user authentication is preferred.
- Experience with IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, or other vendor software is preferred.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU; employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
