Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise AI standards, roadmaps, and end-to-end architectures.
- Guide teams in applying Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Develop Azure-based platform architectures and blueprints using a secure-by-design approach.
- Support the development and deployment of chatbots, advisory services, and decision-support tools.
- Oversee the AI lifecycle from use-case definition through continuous optimisation.
- Embed responsible AI practices, risk management, and security compliance into AI solutions.
- Collaborate with global architects on fit-by-design solution definitions.
- Educate business leaders on AI capabilities and help prioritise high-impact initiatives.
- Coach colleagues, share technical expertise, and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI solutions.
- Technical experience with Python, ML and GenAI frameworks, Azure cloud AI platforms, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, LLMOps, MLOps tooling, and AKS.
- Knowledge of data engineering frameworks, Data Architecture, Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures, enterprise integration, API design, event-driven architecture, and AI Governance.
- Experience with functional AKS deployment, microservices, and containerisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams across time zones.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach others and share technical expertise.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
