Responsibilities
- Build automated n8n workflows for reporting, ticket handling, and communication processes.
- Develop and optimize AI prompts for meeting summaries, backlog refinement suggestions, and status reporting.
- Create Python scripts to integrate systems, process data, and support automation pipelines.
- Connect Jira, ServiceNow, and collaboration platforms through APIs and intelligent workflows.
- Deliver reusable prompt libraries, workflows, and scripts for adoption across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Managers, and AI specialists to identify automation opportunities.
- Support scalable AI use cases that improve reporting, communication, backlog management, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and a solid understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Interest or experience with AI tools such as Claude and GPT and with prompt engineering.
- Analytical problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
