Responsibilities
- Deploy new Synthetics locations.
- Develop tooling to manage existing Synthetics locations.
- Design and plan automated migration tools without downtime.
- Help shape new infrastructure technologies for the Synthetics product.
- Provide architectural guidance to Synthetics developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Programming experience with structured languages like Go or Python.
- Experience running production environments in cloud settings.
- Strong focus on correctness and efficiency in diagnosing production issues.
- Proficient in infrastructure as code and automation.
- Production experience with distributed compute/storage tools such as Kubernetes, Cassandra, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
