Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer engagements from delivery shaping to implementation.
- Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives and translate them into technical plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining stakeholder communication.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Become an expert in the Klaviyo platform and educate internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that improve service delivery quality.
- Mentor peers and share best practices across the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level projects.
- Hands-on experience with modern web development languages and programming languages.
- Strong understanding of the martech landscape and integration of SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong collaborative attitude.
