Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve backend systems for eligibility, batching, submissions, operations workflows, and claim orchestration.
- Solve complex data-driven decision logic and workflow problems across interconnected platform systems.
- Develop workflow orchestration that stages, routes, and executes cases end to end with correctness and reliability.
- Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, engineering, product, and adjacent teams.
- Contribute to internal-facing UI and operations tooling when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
- Experience with complex data-driven decision logic or orchestration problems where correctness and sequencing matter.
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving requirements.
- Python experience and the ability to work effectively in a Python-based backend environment.
- Self-directed, proactive problem-solving and strong cross-functional communication skills.
