Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and extend Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field-service applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using appropriate integration methods and tools.
- Optimize workflows and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as an SME, manage team performance, and make decisions for the team.
- Lead best-practice initiatives and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques in Salesforce environments.
- Experience customizing and extending Salesforce Field Service Lightning for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot field-service application issues and familiarity with Salesforce integration methods and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
