Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions and integrations from design through go-live.
- Define and maintain system architecture standards focused on scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership for system integration, data governance, error handling, monitoring, and overall architecture design.
- Collaborate with project managers, development teams, consulting teams, internal Cloud and Development Services teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support technical project planning, resource allocation, status planning, and risk management.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform database maintenance, SQL performance tuning, code reverse engineering, and integration work.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of work experience.
- Proven techno-functional leadership of Blue Yonder WMS implementations and strong hands-on WMS experience.
- Experience with system integration, execution-system and host-system integrations, SaaS or cloud platforms, and programming fundamentals.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or sh, Python, SQL or PL/SQL, Windows, Linux, Oracle RDBMS, SQL Server, database administration, and SQL performance tuning.
- IT, computer science, and/or logistics-related degree.
- Strong supply chain domain knowledge, analytical and problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German or French and other languages are preferred.
- Experience with TMS, WLM, WCS, warehouse automation or robotics, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, integration tools, Blue Yonder Platform, or BYDM is preferred or advantageous.
