Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with teams to make technical and delivery decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Develop integrations and APIs within enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and API development.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Core Banking is preferred.
