Responsibilities
- Study customer operations including call flows and compliance requirements.
- Map human workflows to identify AI integration points.
- Create call flow diagrams and interaction maps for AI agents.
- Run structured test calls to validate agent performance.
- Document issues and support the testing and validation process.
- Manage deployment milestones and ensure timely go-lives.
- Track agent KPIs post-launch and ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably with voice AI knowledge.
- Curious about business operations and motivated to solve real problems.
- Understanding of how AI agents work and experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to read integration specifications and engage in technical discussions.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and thriving in ambiguity.
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with US time zones.
- Exposure to voice AI or interest in the US consumer finance industry is a bonus.
