Base Salary
$190k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for various applications.
- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and governance frameworks.
- Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites.
- Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices.
- Establish QA metrics, dashboards, and quality reporting standards.
- Identify testing risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor QA engineers and coordinate testing teams.
- Ensure production readiness and support release management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium and performance testing tools like Loadrunner.
- Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
