Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions by translating technical designs into reliable, maintainable code and configurations.
- Develop Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, Flows, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, senior team members, and technical leads to refine technical approaches.
- Apply development best practices, automated testing, and Git workflows.
- Contribute to improving development standards across projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Coding experience with Java or C# and solid HTML, JavaScript, and CSS knowledge.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript, ES6+, Node, DevOps Center, Git workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with Agentforce, AI Agents, Agent Actions, or Einstein Copilot is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1/PD2, JavaScript Dev I, AI Specialist, or Data Cloud are advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
