Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Lead the integration of custom software components in alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve project delivery and communication.
- Evaluate and improve software processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is required.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
