Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain software for Qualcomm wireless devices.
  • Contribute as an equal team member to the software development lifecycle for Qualcomm software technologies.
  • Apply programming, software design, debugging, networking, and performance optimization skills to project-specific assignments.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of academic experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
  • Be available for an 11–14 week internship during Summer 2027, from May through September.
  • Have an expected graduation date of November 2027 or later.
  • Preferred qualifications include extensive C/C++ programming, object-oriented software design, distributed systems, networking protocols, multithreaded programming, multiprocessor systems, performance optimization, complex software debugging, modeling concepts, and Linux networking concepts such as bridging and routing.
