Base Salary

$162k - $191k/yr

Responsibilities

Conduct business workshops to translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases.
Coordinate with the Data Operations team to connect solutions to customer IT environments.
Lead Celonis implementation projects to tackle defined use cases.
Identify process inefficiencies using Celonis technology in collaboration with customers.
Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies.
Define relevant KPIs to measure customer success.
Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management.
Automate tasks to enhance process conformance rates.
Manage customer expectations and project planning.
Demonstrate and train customer users to ensure long-term success.

7+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution/data consulting, or process improvement consulting.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of data-related languages, with SQL required and Python as a plus.
Strong focus on value-driven approaches and data topics.
General understanding of business processes and financial metrics, with ERP knowledge as a plus.
Willingness to develop expertise through continuous learning.
Strong consulting skills and ability to interact with various customers.
Excellent analytical skills and well-organized.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
