Base Salary
$109k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and lead Tier 1 customer integrations from onboarding through ongoing optimization and long-term integration health.
- Architect, configure, test, and troubleshoot complex multi-system REST API, webhook, SSO, and SFTP integrations.
- Lead customer-facing technical discussions across phone, video, email, and in-person meetings, including escalations and difficult conversations.
- Provide technical guidance, design feedback, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to team members.
- Build consultative customer relationships and recommend integration optimizations based on desired workflows.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to triage integration issues, identify patterns, and advocate for customer needs.
- Maintain and improve integration documentation, playbooks, and reusable delivery patterns.
- Participate in QA testing of new integration features and assess downstream impacts.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows through emerging AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience, including 4+ years owning enterprise customer integrations end to end in SaaS implementation, API integration, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting tools such as DataDog.
- Experience independently leading customer-facing technical conversations, difficult discussions, and escalations.
- Experience guiding or mentoring less-experienced teammates on technical work.
- Strong analytical, root-cause troubleshooting, communication, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience in the insurance or P&C technology ecosystem is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools and automation technologies is a plus.
