Responsibilities
- Own the evolution and scaling of the backend infrastructure.
- Design and implement performant APIs and services.
- Build infrastructure supporting AI capabilities.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
- Improve reliability and observability through monitoring and alerting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous product innovation.
Requirements
- Engineering experience in technology and product-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code using AWS and Terraform.
- Deep knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and Lambda.
- Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
- Startup experience or strong interest in zero-to-one environments.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML infrastructure, with direct experience preferred but not required.
