Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance SAP modules supporting utilities billing processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and resolve complex SAP application issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts and coordinate cross-functional activities for timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing, including configuring and customizing related SAP modules.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting business requirements and designing technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues in SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP with other enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
