Responsibilities
- Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize enterprise AI platforms.
- Own production outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into working production systems through rapid experimentation.
- Design and govern AI architectures spanning identity, data, security, governance, platform layers, and workflow integration.
- Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators and codify delivery learnings across engagements.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless systems.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and deploying agentic solutions involving agents, orchestration, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflows.
- End-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded environments and experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Passion for agentic AI and taking systems from pilot to production at scale.
