Base Salary
$147k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide high-caliber premium implementation support to customers for technical Ads products.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives to scale support for the Sales team.
- Collect and funnel technical voice of the market to Product.
- Design and build tools and technical processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Develop points of view on technical market challenges to support the product roadmap.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development.
- Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one back-end programming language (preferably Java, C++, or Python).
- Proficiency in Javascript and Web fundamentals.
- Experience in Cloud/Distributed development (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP).
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working with, supporting, and teaching customers.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- [Bonus]: Experience in adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning.
