Base Salary

$147k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-caliber premium implementation support to customers for technical Ads products.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives to scale support for the Sales team.
  • Collect and funnel technical voice of the market to Product.
  • Design and build tools and technical processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop points of view on technical market challenges to support the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development.
  • Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one back-end programming language (preferably Java, C++, or Python).
  • Proficiency in Javascript and Web fundamentals.
  • Experience in Cloud/Distributed development (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy working with, supporting, and teaching customers.
  • Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • [Bonus]: Experience in adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning.
