Base Salary
$170k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for Trace3’s Dynatrace practice.
- Set technical standards, review delivery work, and guide delivery quality across the practice.
- Mentor recently certified and junior consultants toward independent practice.
- Lead customer-facing observability maturity assessments, current-state analyses, target-state roadmaps, and vendor-neutral product selection engagements.
- Produce executive-quality assessment reports, architecture recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead or mentor delivery teams and help shape service offerings, delivery methodology, and team capability development.
- Guide customers through migration from Dynatrace Managed capabilities to the current Dynatrace SaaS platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent, hands-on Dynatrace experience in production enterprise environments.
- Current working knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS, including Grail, Dynatrace Query Language, OpenPipeline, Workflows, AppEngine, Notebooks, and Davis AI.
- At least 10 years of experience across observability, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, digital experience monitoring, and AIOps.
- Experience with multiple vendor platforms and open standards such as OpenTelemetry.
- Demonstrated success delivering observability strategy engagements and producing executive-quality deliverables.
- Experience leading or mentoring delivery teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong client presence, sound judgment, and credibility with customer leadership.
- Dynatrace Professional certification is preferred but not required.
