Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web-based applications.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive test scenarios from requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Manage test cases, defects, and execution tracking in JIRA and Octane.
- Design and optimize SQL queries for backend and data validation.
- Ensure quality standards, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation processes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in QA and test automation engineering.
- Associate degree or greater.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Solid SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with Octane, JIRA, Playwright, and automation framework development.
- Experience with POM, BDD, data-driven, and hybrid automation frameworks and script execution across test cycles.
- Exposure to generative AI use cases in testing, such as test generation and self-healing scripts.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
