Base Salary
$100k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead detailed quality assurance testing for complex software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Identify, report, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practices.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members on best practices.
- Participate in QA continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
- 3+ years of experience in performance testing.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with automated testing tools, knowledge of CI/CD tools, familiarity with security testing practices, understanding of software development lifecycles, software testing certification, and Fiserv product experience.
