Responsibilities
- Drive ChatGPT growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation.
- Plan and deploy backend APIs that power product experiences.
- Ship web features optimizing user funnels, including landing pages, product pages, purchase flows, and search flows.
- Design and implement A/B tests and track business metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with research, product, design, data science, and other product team members.
- Help create a diverse and inclusive culture that supports candid discussion and challenges group-think.
Requirements
- Experience as a full-stack engineer shipping web features that optimize user funnels.
- Experience designing and implementing A/B tests using a scientific, data-driven approach.
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of how to define and track business metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to learn independently, fill skill gaps, and communicate knowledge clearly and concisely.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
- Ability to work autonomously and identify high-impact strategic opportunities.
