Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop AI agents, automated invoice-scanning solutions, approval workflows, and predictive models.
- Own features independently from ideation through production.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand processes, and develop practical solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams and build strong domain understanding.
- Integrate APIs and work with cloud deployment and CI/CD flows.
- Communicate with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders within Corporate Insights & Analytics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- 5–10 years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or pipeline experience is a plus.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, challenge stakeholders constructively, and develop domain understanding.
- Consultant mindset with strong analytical, pragmatic, communication, and execution skills.
- Good spoken and written Dutch is required.
