Base Salary
$111k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow APM solutions for application onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance tracking.
- Configure and extend APM, CMDB, and CSDM data models, workflows, forms, governance pipelines, and platform automations.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer automations, REST API integrations, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Build dashboards and performance analytics for application portfolio visibility, lifecycle tracking, risk insights, and reporting.
- Support enterprise architecture governance processes, including onboarding workflows, architecture review board reviews, stage-gated approvals, application rationalization, and standards compliance.
- Maintain application inventory, ownership, classification, and governance data while supporting audit readiness.
- Identify automation opportunities and use ServiceNow AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform tools to improve governance processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with architecture, IAM, risk, control, operations, development, and product stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories, and maintain documentation, reporting artifacts, and data definitions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or technology governance.
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions in regulated or structured-data environments.
- Strong ServiceNow experience with APM, CMDB, scripting, Flow Designer, workflows, reporting, integrations, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript; familiarity with SQL or other scripting tools is preferred.
- Understanding of platform governance and SDLC practices, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is preferred.
- Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, or CSDM is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
