Base Salary
$275k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought partner to Anthropic’s go-to-market partnerships team and help drive strategic partner programs.
- Embed with system integrator and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, troubleshoot issues, evangelize Anthropic, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with partners to identify industry-specific generative AI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals delivered primarily through partners.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, customer workshops, cloud summits, industry conferences, developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic products and offerings based on partner use cases and deployment patterns, and share it with relevant teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Demonstrated success partnering with global or regional system integrators and/or cloud providers on complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, including translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, balance competing priorities, teach and mentor others, and approach AI use creatively, safely, and beneficially.
