Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and deliver software automation applications and customer solutions.
- Participate in problem solving and critical-thinking activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain ownership of automation applications and provide timely updates to affected partners.
- Share application code, architecture, user IDs, passwords, and security-related parameters with appropriate authorized partners.
- Meet customer expectations and communicate relevant application changes clearly.
Requirements
- Experience with Java programming, web technologies, and software development on UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Software development experience with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Ext JS, multithreading, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of an RDBMS, preferably SQL, is desirable.
- Understanding of packet networking is required; packet-network development experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile telecommunications network architecture and mechanisms is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, computer science, or MCA.
