Base Salary

$67k - $124k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and assist with detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate software performance and functionality.
  • Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and senior integration and test engineers on validation and verification requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology, and potential problems.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and track root causes with development and test teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including SysML-based system models.
  • Create and maintain the test automation suite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a graduate degree with 2 years of related experience or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active U.S. Department of War Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI access within 1 year of hire.
  • Preferred: active TS/SCI clearance and Security+ CE certification.
  • Preferred familiarity with Space Domain Awareness, MBSE, MBT, SysML, Eggplant or similar testing tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Preferred familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework and DevSecOps methodology.
  • Preferred familiarity with Java and C++ application software and proficiency in Linux.
