Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture decisions for ServiceNow platform enhancements, automation solutions, and integrations.
- Develop and implement process automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Studio, and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Create and enhance secure, efficient, maintainable, and scalable software features, integrations, and workflows.
- Use Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, Agent Studio, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence to improve service management outcomes.
- Implement and maintain REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Import Sets integrations with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
- Configure, optimize, and support ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Request Management, and related modules.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and production defects and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in platform upgrades, release activities, code reviews, governance initiatives, and mentoring of junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent with four years of software engineering or related experience, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Experience participating effectively in the software design process and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Professional experience with an object-oriented language such as Java or .NET/.NET Core and RESTful or event-driven architectures.
- Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as Angular and React Native.
- Professional experience managing relational, NoSQL, and graph databases and their performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based containerization and continuous integration/delivery strategies.
- Experience troubleshooting software issues.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, ITOM, Software Asset Management, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, catalogs, and CMDB solutions.
- Preferred proficiency with Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow customization, Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Machine Learning, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Preferred experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, complex business requirements, stakeholder management, and AI-driven ServiceNow solutions.
