Responsibilities
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision in software design and development.

- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and motivate team members.
- Build informal networks with key contacts outside the immediate area.
- Manage costs for a specific project or work area when required.
Requirements

- Demonstrated competence and ability to contribute as a key member in a complex environment.
