Responsibilities
- Define a 1-3 year roadmap/vision for the Client Hosts team.
- Write clear architectural design documents for team understanding.
- Provide estimates on technical resources for project planning.
- Take responsibility for executing Client Hosts team projects.
- Develop well-tested features and tools to enhance engineering throughput.
- Be recognized as a technical expert in supporting web clients.
- Review technical designs for integration and feature fulfillment.
- Work on enterprise-level desktop application installers and native wrappers.
- Conduct internal demos on new tools and their broader impact.
- Contribute to fun projects that delight users.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in frontend software development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience with common frontend technologies.
- Experience with native application installation and VDI support.
- Ability to introduce new technologies to established systems.
- Experience in identifying and solving engineering problems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile and iterative development processes.
- Experience mentoring engineers to enhance their skills.
- Familiarity with Vue 3/Pinia, Typescript, and other modern tools.
