Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise IAM platforms.
- Architect automation for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, privileged access, and compliance reporting.
- Develop API-driven integrations, identity orchestration workflows, Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities, and self-service identity solutions.
- Evaluate and implement AI, machine learning, analytics, and intelligent automation for identity governance and cybersecurity use cases.
- Design solutions involving IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Partner with security operations, enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, and application teams to integrate identity controls.
- Establish enterprise standards, reusable automation frameworks, and resilient identity architectures.
- Mentor engineers and architects and advise senior leadership on IAM modernization, ITDR, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering, cybersecurity engineering, software development, cloud engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience designing and deploying IAM automation using APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock, or BeyondTrust.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and JWT.
- Experience with Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, LLMs, intelligent automation, or analytics platforms applied to identity and cybersecurity.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, AI-driven identity governance experience, generative AI or copilot integrations, ITDR and UEBA experience, relevant industry certifications, and enterprise IAM modernization leadership.
