Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, implementation, automation strategy, and modernization of enterprise IAM platforms.
- Build automation for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, privileged access, and compliance reporting.
- Develop API-driven integrations, identity orchestration workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
- Implement AI and machine learning capabilities for access recommendations, anomaly detection, role mining, access analytics, and identity risk scoring.
- Design self-service identity solutions and reusable automation frameworks for onboarding, access requests, and operational support.
- Partner with security operations, enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, and application teams on automated identity controls.
- Advise senior technology leadership on ITDR, AI for cybersecurity, identity analytics, and intelligent identity governance.
- Mentor engineers and architects on automation, AI adoption, secure development, and modern identity architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering, cybersecurity engineering, software development, cloud engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying IAM automation using APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock, or BeyondTrust.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and JWT.
- Experience designing Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Zero Trust solutions.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, large language models, intelligent automation, or analytics platforms applied to identity and cybersecurity.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, AI-driven identity governance experience, generative AI or copilot integrations, ITDR and UEBA experience, relevant industry certifications, and enterprise-scale IAM modernization leadership.
