Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into systems with clean user experiences and reliable backend logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve products.
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and support operations at scale.
- Monitor, debug, learn from, and improve owned systems after release.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
- Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
- Strong backend fundamentals in APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Demonstrated personal contribution to building, shipping, or scaling a serious product, platform, or system.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work from the UK office at least 3 days per week in this hybrid role.
