Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize enterprise-grade Java applications.
Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Review code, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
Evaluate emerging technologies and support high-quality client outcomes.

Commercial experience with Java, with Java 12+ preferred.
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and system design principles.
Strong communication, analytical, collaborative, and client-facing consulting skills.
Desirable experience building or integrating AI-powered applications and services, including LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, AI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, MLOps, and AI model deployment.
Desirable experience with Python for AI/ML-related development and contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
