Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable code according to established standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software features.
- Write basic automated tests to validate expected behavior and quality.
- Apply secure coding practices and defensive programming techniques.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Use debugging tools, logs, and documentation to identify and resolve issues.
- Learn and work with existing systems, tools, and development workflows.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Have academic, internship, or personal project experience using one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts.
- Have familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Have experience or coursework involving automated testing.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

- Be able to work without current or future work authorization sponsorship from Mastercard.
