Responsibilities

Own the technical success of integrations with key mediation and SDK platform partners.
Lead platform-level integration design and implementation with mediation partners.
Define technical standards and best practices for SDK and mediation integrations.
Develop expertise in mediation architectures and SDK integration patterns.
Identify gaps in SDK integration quality and drive initiatives to address them.
Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic partners.
Lead technical discussions on SDK architecture and performance with partner teams.
Represent Moloco’s technical perspective in senior stakeholder conversations.
Proactively identify risks and integration issues across partner platforms.
Influence internal product and engineering roadmaps based on ecosystem needs.
Drive alignment across various teams on ecosystem priorities.
Initiate efforts to improve SDK integration quality and partner experience.
Contribute to Moloco’s external technical positioning within the ecosystem.
Act as a technical bar-raiser within the Partner Engineering function.
Mentor and support other Partner Engineers through technical guidance.
Establish frameworks for partner engagement and technical communication.
Scale impact through documentation and reusable integration patterns.

5+ years of experience in a software or partner engineering role.
Proven experience with complex integrations involving external platforms.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Golang, or Java.
Strong understanding of mobile ad tech systems and SDK integrations.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
Excellent communication skills across engineering and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
