Responsibilities
- Support RPA strategy development by assessing automation opportunities.
- Define, design, develop, and deliver UiPath automation for client proofs of concept, pilots, and production environments.
- Participate in business-process workshops and interviews, gather requirements, and document process definitions.
- Participate in solution design and configuration sessions and incorporate feedback into work products.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and design sessions when operating at the senior level.
- Mentor and guide newly trained developers.
Requirements
- A degree or graduate qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology, or an equivalent degree.
- At least 3 years of IT industry experience with a code-development background.
- At least 1.5 years of experience developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows.
- Strong technical knowledge of UiPath and its end-to-end offerings.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with workflow-based logic and the RE-Framework.
- Programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, or another scripting language; Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of cognitive automation, OCR tools, and AI/ML is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, or Action Center.
- Experience with Mainframe, SAP, Citrix, or other RPA tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
