Responsibilities
- Design and evolve backend and frontend architecture for scalable systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex performance or reliability issues.
- Drive the release of new features end-to-end with testing and monitoring.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and champion experimentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years in a software engineering role.
- Strong system design and architecture expertise.
- Experience owning projects from design through delivery.
- Proven ability to mentor other engineers.
- Comfortable influencing technical direction among stakeholders.
- Collaborative and communicative with strong alignment skills.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
