Responsibilities
- Design and develop greenfield products and solutions using microservice architecture.
- Contribute across analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery while applying software development and DevOps practices.
- Serve as an R&D point of contact for in-depth product and technology issues and support future product, software, and solution architecture.
- Act as a project leader or senior project member and manage or coordinate major technology, engineering, or product-platform projects.
- Support customer issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and product quality and process improvement programs.
- Provide technical expertise and coaching related to standards, tools, processes, and methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, and web development technologies.
- Experience with IoT API design, including REST and WebSocket, and middleware patterns such as MQTT and AMQP.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, architectural patterns, design tools, and data structures.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration technologies.
- Experience with Git, relational and non-relational databases, unit tests, and integration tests.
- Familiarity with agile teams and relevant software development standards and practices.
- Experience with React JS, Red Hat OpenShift, MicroShift, industrial communication technologies such as OPC UA, structured documentation using UML, or industrial automation is advantageous.
