Responsibilities
- Design and build AI services, orchestration layers, and APIs.
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions.
- Ensure AI systems are scalable, observable, production-ready, and cost-efficient.
- Own monitoring, logging, incident response, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Implement LLMOps/MLOps practices including versioning and evaluation.
- Optimize systems for latency, throughput, and cost.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering standards.
- Contribute to foundational intellectual property in agentic AI, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and production deployment.
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, or LLM frameworks.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
