Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze application development requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop solutions and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and independently perform responsibilities while developing subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Pega Platform is required.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform is required.
- Experience with application design and development methodologies is required.
- Strong understanding of business process management principles is required.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
