Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test software infrastructure, test runners, and tooling in C++ and Python.
- Scale test execution across Hardware-in-the-Loop benches and simulation platforms.
- Collaborate with Systems and Test Engineers on test automation, triage, and release qualification workflows.
- Build automated pipelines and data workflows for failure triage, regression testing, and qualification reporting.
- Write technical design documents and user guides.
- Lead technical demos or workshops to onboard engineers to new automation capabilities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in software development using C++.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with unit, integration, and regression testing fundamentals.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python.
- Preferred: experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop test platforms, embedded systems, or hardware/software integration.
- Preferred: experience developing test automation frameworks, developer tooling, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: familiarity with Protocol Buffers, declarative configuration frameworks, or RPC systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
