Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI-enabled features and cloud services focused on scalability and reliability.
- Build human-validation gates, grounded knowledge, and traceable outputs for compliance-focused AI agents.
- Create self-service e-invoicing configuration flows, guided setup wizards, mapping explainers, and implementation-assistant tools.
- Develop evaluation and benchmarking pipelines to measure AI output quality and system performance.
- Monitor application health, latency, throughput, and efficiency; debug production issues and support incident analysis and stability fixes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows while collaborating with product, platform, AI, consulting, and compliance teams.
- Extend the pipeline to generate documentation, training, and rollout materials from shared specifications.
Requirements
- Robust coding and debugging skills with experience building cloud-based microservices through studies, internships, or personal projects.
- Experience or familiarity with Java, Node.js, Python, or similar programming technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, REST, distributed-systems fundamentals, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with AI/LLM tools, prompt design, basic RAG patterns, and calling AI services from applications.
- Interest in observability, performance, monitoring, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Professional experience building production microservices, integrating LLMs into live applications, or tuning observability and performance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing or EDI formats such as XML, JSON, and Peppol BIS is a plus.
